36 Years of Faithfulness: God Has Had My Back
What a blessing it was to hear our young people proclaim a truth that all of us need to remember: God has our
back.
And now, as we enter September, this message becomes especially personal for me.
This month marks 36 years of ministry, and when I look back over these years, I can testify that every one of these
messages has been lived out in my own journey.
There have been seasons of sowing.
There have been seasons of waiting.
There have been times when I had to remain planted when circumstances told me to move.
There have been moments when I had to trust God as my source when I could not see where the provision would
come from.
And through every season, every challenge, every victory, every disappointment, and every blessing, one thing
has remained true:
God has had my back.
Thirty-six years are not simply a celebration of longevity. They are a testimony of the faithfulness of God.
As we celebrate this anniversary month, my heart is filled with gratitude for every person God has allowed me to
serve, every life that has been touched, every family that has been strengthened, and every generation that
continues to carry the work forward.
And I am especially grateful that after 36 years, I am still excited about what God is going to do next.
We are not finished.
There is still more Word to preach, more people to reach, more lives to impact, more seeds to sow, and more
generations to prepare.
So, as we move through September, remember what God has taught us:
Stay planted.
Keep sowing.
Expect God to show up.
Remember that He is your source.
And never forget4God has your back.
Thank you for allowing me the privilege of serving, leading, teaching, and
walking alongside you.
After 36 years, I can still say with confidence:
The best is yet to come.
